Q: When does my time start?

A: Time starts when the vehicle leaves our garage.


Q: Can I drink/eat inside the limousine?

A: Absolutely! Just remember- We do have sanitation/spill fees.


Q: Do any of your limousines have a sunroof?

A: No, None of our limousines have a sunroof.


Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Clients must give 30 days’ notice to receive a full refund.


Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks. Corporate clients may be invoiced.


Q: How far in advance should I book my reservation?

A: The sooner the better as we can’t guarantee availability. Reservations should be booked at least 3 days in advance.


Q: Is smoking allowed?

A: All of our limousines are NON-SMOKING.
